We also do basic background checks to verify the achievements and work experience of shortlisted candidates to avoid any issues for our clients. Once the right candidates are selected, we share their resumes with the client for further review.

We also arrange and conduct Trade Tests or Interviews at technical institutes, workshops, and approved test centers when required. Our team manages all administrative arrangements to ensure smooth and organized selection activities.

For client delegates visiting India, we handle hotel bookings, airport meet-and-greet, and transportation to make their stay comfortable.

After the selection, we take part in the negotiation process to reduce backout cases and speed up joining time. Both clients and candidates benefit from our knowledge of market salaries and benefits, helping them finalize a fair and competitive package.

We stay in touch with the selected candidates until they are deployed. Our follow-up includes helping them with passport services, visa processing, immigration clearance, medical tests, document authentication, Arabic translation of certificates, flight bookings, and other deployment requirements.

Before sending candidates to the job location, we brief them about the customs, culture, and laws of the destination country. We also keep our clients informed about the candidate’s travel details to avoid any inconvenience. In case of emergencies, we support the candidates and their families as needed.

We also maintain records of all deployed personnel for future reference.
